Don't let the book or title of our Thin Over 40 Journey fool you. There are
many principles in the book that are applicable to individuals regardless of their
age. If you learn to apply the principles before you are 40, you will not have
as much of struggle to be Thin Over 40 and
Thin for Life later in life.
We want to remind you that this is not a dieting
program. We will not be going on a diet. Instead we will be learning
how to live a healthy lifestyle that will help us to become and stay
Thin for Life. We should also emphasize
that this is not a quick way to lose weight. Those who participate
on this journey will not experience drastic weight loss during the
12-week journey. As a Thin for Life

loss through natural, healthy, methods.
Ferret out potential success busters, such as food allergies and
